I personally have started with Alladvantage, in the "pay-for-surfing" section, and I'm not to concerned with the small ammount expected to be returned as this almost feels like a starting line fo something huge in the future... ($20.00 I believe within 2 months, but don't quote me, double-check the sight yourself)
...and with the referal system (in place by many, I do believe?) it may just surpass the others up someday. I have never been on the ground floor of anything (save a business I myself will hopefully have soon)in my (30+) years, but this just might be.
